You require Google Earth to use this file. 

1. Click on the download button to open the file.

2. Click "Run" or "Open". This should start Google Earth automatically. The file will be placed in "Temporary Place" folder.

3. The program will automatically close in on the places.

4. If the pushpin icon is getting in the way, uncheck the box for that particular pushpin in the left hand menu column.
